Andrei Cozlac is a passionate and dedicated dance teacher who shares the art of dance with students of all ages and backgrounds. With over two decades of experience in dance, Andrei’s journey from a young aspiring dancer to a seasoned instructor has been nothing short of inspiring.
Born in Romania and raised in the vibrant city of Zürich, Andrei’s love affair with dance began at the tender age of nine when he took his first ballet class. From that moment, he was hooked and embarked on a lifelong journey of learning and teaching dance. He trained in various dance forms including ballet, contemporary and jazz cultivating a versatile skill set that allows him to connect with students with diverse interests.
Andrei’s dedication to his craft led him to pursue a Master of teaching and coaching in Dance Education at the prestigious University of Arts in Zürich, where he honors his technical skills and deepens his understanding of dance theory and pedagogy. During his time at the Opera House Zürich and Opera House Geneva, he’s had the privilege of learning from some of the world's most renowned ballet masters and choreographers, further fueling his passion for teaching.
Lately, he has discovered his passion for yoga and became a certified yoga instructor. His dedication and commitment to the practice have paid off as he has noticed significant improvements in his physical and mental well-being. Yoga has not only helped him become more flexible and strong, but it has also brought a sense of peace and calmness into his life. He is now eager to share his knowledge and experiences with others, hoping to inspire them on their own yoga journey.
