Tanzwerk101 is part of the new Miduca AG

As part of the Club School, Tanzwerk101 stands for great dance experiences, movement and emotion.

The Migros Club School stands for lifelong learning. For over 75 years, the Swiss population has benefited from its comprehensive educational programme. With modern and innovative programmes, the Club School creates an inspiring learning environment so that more than 200,000 people, like perhaps you, can enjoy their learning success every year.

As part of a reorganisation, the regional club schools will be transferred to Miduca AG as of January 2022, with the exception of the club schools of the Migros Cooperative Eastern Switzerland. Miduca AG is a Migros Group company that will continue to offer "Education for All" in the future. The following brands will be managed under the new Miduca AG - each with the aim of focussing even more consistently on customer needs: - Migros Club School - Institute for Vocational Education and Training "IBAW" - Tanzwerk101 - Welle7 Workspace including restaurant the flow.

The Migros Club School Tanzwerk101 brand will therefore remain and nothing will change for current or planned courses or training programmes. Certificates and diplomas already obtained will remain valid.

A look into the past...

Since 01.01.2008, the renowned Colombo Dance Factory and the Zurich Dance Theatre School have been part of Klubschule Migros Zürich, which was also the owner of the Dance Academy.

All existing dance schools of the Migros Club School Zurich were merged to form Tanzwerk101, the dance school of the Migros Club School Zurich. The Higher Technical College for Contemporary and Urban Stage Dance is also part of Tanzwerk101. This makes Migros the largest provider of dance training in the amateur and professional sectors in Switzerland.
